This past Saturday, the players and coaches of the Women's teams swapped the rugby pitch for an adventure-filled day at The Stables in Gorey. In preparation for the upcoming season, the team came together for a day of goal setting and team bonding.
The Stables offered the perfect setting for the squad to challenge themselves in new ways. The day kicked off with high-energy activities designed to test both physical stamina and mental toughness. From obstacle courses to the daunting Ramp, each task encouraged teamwork and communication under pressure – the same skills needed for a successful season on the pitch.
The day wrapped up with a stash of well-earned pizza back at Stradbrook.
A big thanks to The Stables for an incredible day, and to all the players and coaching staff who made it a success. Here’s to bringing that same energy and drive into the new season!
