What a tremendous weekend for Blackrock rugby! Over 1,500 rugby fans descended on Stradbrook to watch our Men's First XV play MU Barnhall RFC in the Energia All-Ireland League Men’s Division 1B Promotion Play-Off Final. The energy at the club was palpable from the moment the gates opened at noon, until the last pint of beer was served after 1.30am the next morning.
Congratulations to our players and coaches, who have put in the work the last two years to help bring the club back to an era of play and supporter excitement not seen in over 50 years by some estimates. See you next season, Division 1B!
