Farewell to James Blaney

After Saturday’s match vs DUFC (4th April), Blackrock College RFC will bid farewell to Head Coach, James Blaney.

James has played a huge role in the recent progress of the club, leading the team to back-to-back promotions and instilling a strong culture, professionalism, and belief throughout the squad.

We are immensely grateful for the time, energy, and passion he has given to the club. His dedication to developing players, supporting staff, and contributing to the wider Blackrock community has left a lasting mark on everyone involved.

James’ leadership, commitment, and pride in the jersey have helped shape a special period for the club, and his influence will be felt long into the future at Stradbrook.
