Blackrock College RFC are delighted to welcome Ben Martin to head up the Women’s squad for 2020/21.

Ben is a former professional rugby player having previously represented Australia 7s and Munster Rugby and UL Bohemians at 15s. Ben has coached a number of AIL teams, both mens and womens, including Kanturk and UL Bohemians. While Head Coach of UL Bohs they won a number of AIL Leagues, AIL and Munster Cups. This earned Ben the title of AIL Women's Coach of the Year 2018/19. Ben has also coached the Munster Senior Women’s side in the 2010s and last summer took charge of the Irish U-18s 7s side.

We’re thrilled to welcome Ben to the ROCK family, and we look forward to getting back to training at Stradbrook.
