Under 20’s
Richie Allen will continue on in his third season as head coach of the U20's team. Richie will be assisted by former 1st XV head coach Ben Manion who will also be coaching in the college.
Keith Lumsden comes in and has taken over as manager of the team.
Training begins back August 20th.
Women’s XV
Niamh Fitzgerald has been appointed as head coach for the coming season after a year as assistant to Philip Doyle last season.
Niamh will be assisted by current Rock and former Connacht player Danie Poolman as backs coach and then also former Rock & Connacht player Dave Gannon with the forwards.
