Last week in Nottingham the Irish Touch Association entered six teams into the European Touch Championships. Blackrock College RFC was represented across a number of teams. The Mens Over 45’s and the Senior Mixed Team brought home gold for Ireland, both winning their respective finals. Eoin Byrne represented Blackrock on the victorious Men’s Over 45’s, with Tania Rosser and Michelle Claffey on the Senior Mixed team of which Tania is the co-coach. Tania also won the coveted Female MVP of the Final, and very well deserved. Congratulations to all involved and thank you for representing Rock so well!!
