Rock international legends, both past and present, celebrate at the

IRFU caps ceremony.

Over 100 female internationals playing from 1993-2006 and whom were a massive influence on women’s rugby success, are being honoured by the IRFU next Sunday the 11th of March at a dinner in the Aviva stadium following the Ireland V Scotland match.

Women honoured include our Current Minis and Youths Chairperson, Carole Ann Clarke (Byrne), who captained Ireland for 4 seasons. She has the double honour of handing out caps as she was also president of the women’s union and worked on its integration into the IRFU. Many other Rock Legends are being honoured such as current Rock Player Mi Mi Manuela McCarthy, Joanne Moore, Aoife Rodgers (also ex captain), Vicki McDonnell and Kiwi Anne Marie McAllister.
