I am pleased to announce that Clinton Arblaster has agreed to step up to the role as Co Director of Rugby. This role will now be shared between Jacko and Clinton with Clinton continuing the great work on the organisational side of things and Jacko will focus his energy on player relationships, motivation , recruitment and coaching.
The decision to split the role was made between Jacko and myself in discussion with Clinton this morning.
This now leaves a vacancy for a manager for the Seconds which we will fill over the coming weeks.
