Gary Halpin, R.I.P.

All of us at Blackrock College RFC are incredibly saddened to hear of the passing of former player and Under 20s coach, Gary Halpin.

Gary was a brilliant guy, and a great club man, both on and off the pitch. A former international who won 11 Test caps, Gary represented Ireland at the 1991 and 1995 Rugby World Cups.

Our thoughts are with the Halpin family, during this difficult time. May he rest in peace.
