EGM Notice

It is proposed to hold a club EGM, which will take place on Monday, 5th July 2021 at 7pm.

Due to continued Covid restrictions, the EGM will be held virtually on the video conferencing app called Zoom. All members who are up to date on their annual subscription are invited to attend. Members were emailed the link to the online registration form to sign-up for attendance at the EGM Zoom meeting.

MOTIONS FOR EGM (Rule 16(2))

1. That the Trustees of the Club be authorised to sign a Contract for the sale of a portion of the Club’s land (approximating the front car park of circa 0.65 acres) to Tetrarch Residential Limited (or an affiliate or subsidiary company within its group) for a sum not less than €1.25m, in accordance with the Summary Heads of Terms as have been circulated to the membership prior to this EGM.

2. That the proceeds of such sale shall be used to reduce the Club’s debt.

In accordance with the Club rules, a copy of the EGM Notice and Motions has been posted to the front entrance door (as the club remains closed and access to the club's notice board is unavailable).
