Details for the 2020 Golf Classic can be found by clicking HERE On Friday 24th May 2019, Blackrock College RFC hosted our annual Golf Classic at Elm Park Golf Club. The weather kindly cooperated and the sun was shining for our golfers out on the course. A lovely meal was provided by Elm Park that evening and there was a fantastic atmosphere at the dinner. A massive thank you to all the team and hole sponsors, without whom this event would not be the successful outing that it was. A full list of sponsors can be found below. Club Dinner Recap

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Stradbrook on Friday the 10th May for Blackrock College RFC's Club Dinner. It was fantastic to see a packed hall, made up of so many familiar faces- longtime members and supporters, past Presidents, several current players, along with some new friends too including guests representing the IRFU, Leinster, the ARLB, and visiting clubs. U12s Tour to Biarritz

The U12s had a phenomenal mini rugby graduation tour to Biarritz last weekend. Three teams of 40 players travelled and played, supported by their coaches and parents. The trip kicked off last week with two special guests, Leinster & Ireland stars, Luke McGrath and Ross Byrne, presenting the boys with their tour gear ahead of the trip. The U12s went on to have a brilliant weekend, including being awarded the Fair Play trophy. A sincere well done to all the players on their efforts and to the coaches and parents who were involved in this memorable experience for these young men.

U14s Win Leinster Cup Final

A massive congratulations to the U14s team who defeated Newbridge on Sunday in the Leinster U14 Youth/School Cup Final at Energia Park, Donnybrook. Final score Blackrock College RFC 17 - 10 Newbridge. The club are immensely proud of the U14s team, they are a credit to the club and we know many more finals await them in the future. Saturday the 28th of April saw Rock's season come to a disappointing end, with a 21-35 loss to a stronger Rainey Old Boys team. Rock will compete in Division 2B for the 2019/20 Season along with the following clubs: Galwegians, Greystones, Sligo, Dungannon, Galway Corinthians, Wanderers, Belfast Harlequins, Ballina, Malahide. Blackrock College RFC Seeking AIL Women’s Coach Following the appointment of Philip Doyle to the Head Coach role with the Scottish Women’s team, Blackrock College RFC is seeking to appoint a Head Coach for its Women’s AIL 1st XV. Over the last number of years Blackrock College RFC has developed some of the best facilities and support structures in Irish club rugby and this is an exciting opportunity to stamp your mark on a club with a proud rugby history. Purpose Reporting to the Director of Rugby, the successful applicant will lead the Women’s Rugby agenda within the Club.
